A beautiful town-homes building with 18 spectacular units located within minutes of the stores and restaurants of the Media District on the border of Toluca Lake in Burbank, California. Built in 2003, The Brownstones is comprised of 18 luxury units. The complex offers several floor plans that feature in-home laundry, hardwood floors, granite counters, fireplaces, walk-in closets, soaring ceilings, crown molding, breakfast bars, and spacious bedrooms.
